Are the products I purchase covered by warranty?

Certainly! We offer a 2 year warranty on every new product we sell. For used products the warranty may be valid for 3 or 6 months depending on the product.

As for returns, how does it work?

The products purchased by the customer can be returned within 3 days of delivery, both new and used. Items must be returned in their original shipping condition, with all original packaging and without signs of use. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received in a condition other than described.

What is meant by the term "demo"?

With the word "demo" we indicate all those products that are used, but like new. The demo items have been virtually unused and are in excellent condition.
