Naturals are darker, richer, warmer and faster. Crashes are light and dark, with rapid attack and decay. The Rides tend to be dry, soft, well defined and with frequencies concentrated in the low part. Crash Rides represent a compromise between Crash and Ride characteristics. Hi-hats have a full, warm and precise sound.
